What is on record
- The Kashmir Files debate: when the film became a topic in Bengal politics, she remarked, without naming the film, that a film is a work of fiction and does not show the whole truth (Deccan Herald). That is a comment on films in general, not a favourite.
- Films about her: Baghini (2019) was reported to be inspired by her life, though its makers said it is not a biopic. That is a film made about a character, not a choice she made.
What we could not find
No interview in which she lists favourite films, directors or actors. We will not guess.
